Dr. M Lara-Crabtree, originally from West Texas, has over 14 years experience working in various health food stores and also worked closely with a ND for several years in Texas. She obtained her doctorate in April of 2015 in Naturopathic Medicine from Trinity School of Natural Health and received her Certified Natural Health Professions Certification in the Spring of 2013. Monica is trained as a Prenatal/Postpartum/Loss Doula as well as in the “Hurley Technique”, a light touch technique that relaxes and re-polarizes the muscles. She is qualified in Iridology, an alternative medicine technique whose proponents claim that patterns, colors, and other characteristics of the iris can be examined to determine information about a patient’s systemic health. Monica is bilingual (Spanish) and looks forward to assisting her clients to obtain a healthy and happy lifestyle.
